Virtual Vision Board 2018!

collage-2018-02-02-15_27_07.jpg.jpg

I’ve been struggling to create my vision board this year! There are just too many things I want to accomplish and try to cram into this year! It took me forever to even come up with my inspirational word! Finally I decided on MANIFEST since I’ve been seeing videos about the Law of Attraction everywhere and this word keeps coming up! Is it a sign from the universe? I hope so!

So normally I cut out images from magazines and create my vision board on scrap-booking paper, however this year I couldn’t find anything that reflects my goals or dreams!

And then I remembered PicCollage, my favourite collage app! I searched for pictures on google and saved the ones that reflect my goals for 2018. About 15 minutes later I made my collage! Why didn’t I think about this earlier?

I might print it out and laminate it to hang above my work-space, but I haven’t decided yet. I will however share it to all my devices and use it as a screen saver! What is the thing you look at most? Your computer or phone screen! I’m hoping this works!

I’m hoping to MANIFEST a dog (I have never owned a dog! #weirdfactaboutme), a new house, nice car and a trip to Miami carnival this year! Along with some interesting gym classes like trapeze or aerial silk! I know it sounds extravagant, and the pictures are luxurious, however I think that this is how vision boards work! You see the beautiful things and your mind then goes out to find them…

Here’s hoping!

What are your plans for 2018? Do you have any tricks for making the vision board work? Please let me know!

Happy Manifesting!

Random Pictures from Canada #travel #sightseeing

Our first day we went walking in Bowmanville, my hometown and saw the old mill. Here are some different angles of the mill, which is now a shopping area.

Some views of the town…I remember it used to seem massive when I was a child!

I used to think this was a huge hill! DSCN0822 (2)

Here is a shot of Lake Ontario in Newcastle. #nofilter

Finally I made a collage to commemorate the trip in my scrapbooking album.

I used boarding passes, train tickets, serviettes, packaging of things I bought and added the phrases me and my family were laughing about during the trip! Great memories!

Chinue, the cat was happy to see me come back! Here she is checking out my page! I think she approves!

Happy Travelling! xoxo!

Tinybuddha.com says it best! This is my inspiration for 2018.

I’m a bit behind working on my vision board for the year, but I have collected some images that sum up how I want the year to go. Mainly travel, since I’m not really into collecting things, I’d prefer memories by far!

I’ll share how it turns out once it’s finished!

What are your goals and dreams for 2018? Let’s make it the best year ever!

Happy adventuring! xoxo!

Small Haul from Canada and Portugal #travel #shopping

Shopping in Canada… Paradise!

I didn’t get to go often, but here is my loot! I got myself a Sephora Collection Make No Mistake Foundation Conceiler Stick! It is perfect and gives me almost full coverage, depending on how I apply it! I can even use it as a conceiler around my eyes!

DSCN0808DSCN0809

Rainforest of the Sea Drops  were on my wishlist since forever! I remember seeing them on Instagram! Let me tell you… they are as awesome as they appear! I can use them as a moisturising layer on top of my makeup or just as a gentle highlighter! It is very liquid though, so be careful opening and using it so it doesn’t spill! I’d die if it fell over! #calamity lol

Those were my “luxury” purchases! It got a bit more reasonable after that! lol

DSCN0846

Bath and Body Works was a must! I went in to pick up a present for my mum and ended up with these lovely candles for myself! They are small, but the smell spreads throughout the apartment!

DSCN0847

I also picked up this LUSH bathbomb. It was about 7.00$. Just don’t ask me which flavour it was, all I know is that it smells amazing and I haven’t even tried it yet! I will defile the bathtub asap!

I’ve always wanted to learn Calligraphy so when I found this set for 20.00$ I had to have it! It comes with the pens, ink and a practice book! Loves it!

DSCN0856

I picked up these two books to satisfy my inner nerd! The Mammoth Book of the Mafia I got at the airport in Portugal so I didn’t get to take a good picture!

DSCN1133

In Lisbon airport I picked up these stickers for 2.00$ at the Accessorize Store! I’ll use them to mark any pet-related activities in my Happy Planner! Too cute!

DSCN1134

Finally I couldn’t resist these cute sparkly headphones! However they don’t really sit well in my ears and keep falling out! What a pitty! Or maybe I just need bigger ears? Lol

That’s it for my Small Haul from my trip! I hope you enjoyed it!

Happy Shopping! xoxo!

Small Haul! Keep calm and walk the dog!

It’s been a no-spend year for me! I don’t even need a printable to keep track! I just know not to spend anything! That’s where the little things really cheer me up! It is so hard to hold back when you see all the amazing thing other bloggers are buying!

So I got myself a cute top from the Sales section at Rosewholesale.com and I’ll leave the link so you can check it out! Rosewholesale Crochet Trim Top   I am part of their referral program, but I would also shop from their site if I were not! I will never recommend a product I don’t completely adore!

It’s a light material but also keeps me quite warm and I love the embroidered details and the cutout shoulders! And it’s really good quality, considering it cost me 1.25$ plus shipping! At the moment it’s on sale for 0.99$ so catch it while you can! Perfect for a casual outfit and I think I could even pull it off with a skirt for a more elegant look!

Here is a closeup of the embroidery!

The next thing I got from Rosewholesale.com was for my partner, but I decided to take pictures wearing it so you can see what it looks like on a body! The men’ s section is also very cool with unusual designs and great quality! He’s been living in it! In this case I bought a medium size and it fits both of us! It cost 8.85$ and shipping and I’ll leave the link in case you’re looking for cool gifts for the men in your life! Santa Claus Mens Sweatshirt

DSCN0742DSCN0753DSCN0757

It’s a super comfortable and soft hoodie that really keeps you warm! Trust me, I’ve tried it!

Another little thing that made my day was this cute mug from Aldi! We picked it up for about 2.99$ It sums up my life!

DSCN0776

I also got my favourite make up remover wipes from Aldi for about 1.50$ I think I’ve talked about them before! They are very gentle and remove even waterproof makeup! And it contains the famous micelar water which is supposed to be very good for your skin!

DSCN0772

Finally I picked up these cute paperclips at the dollar shop! They fit the travel theme perfectly and I hope they keep me motivated!

DSCN0778DSCN0781

Hopefully it all goes well and I can upgrade to some more luxurious shopping sprees soon!

Keep warm and Happy Shopping!

I sure hope so!…

I found this quote and I sure hope it applies! I have booked my flights! Off to Canada it is! I cannot wait! Although Spain has been a fun adventure, the everyday life is too slow moving for me! Can you imagine that my internet was cut off because it has a limited amount of data you can use a month? (Hence being MIA for a few days!) Or that you cannot pay a bill unless if you have an appointment on a specific day? That never happened in Canada! I am missing good old North American efficiency!

The only thing keeping me going is my Happy Planner! So here are some pictures in romantic lighting of how I decorated my weeks of slow to no internet!

IMG_0769 (2)

The sidebar I decorated with free printables from victoriathatcher.com and @gpstickerstudio on Etsy! If you join their Facebook group, they sometimes do free printables that you can size according to your needs!

My full boxes are from GPStickerStudio although I’m not sure they still have the same sets available! I still recommend this shop for all your planner needs!

The next week is a complete mix of free stickers, stickers I had from my scrap-booking albums and I even made my own banners with washi tape! You can see I am on a no-spend month while I complete my move!

IMG_0764 (2)

The only noteworthy thing, besides my running around organising things was the epic thunderstorm we had that knocked out the lights and flooded lots of places!

I call more than one day off quantity time since I’m not used to having that much free time! I like how the improvised banner turned out though! And the stamps from Aldi worked really well! No running and they dried really fast too!

IMG_0766 (2)

Finally I’m up to date with planning! This week was epic with running around to different offices! Check out the romantic shot! lol  IMG_0778 (2)

Here is a overview of my spread! I like the colour combination! I didn’t think it would work so well!

IMG_0775 (2)

I am enjoying my handmade page dividers! This week I’m using them more for decoration, but they are functional as well as they stick out from the planer, letting my know which page I’m at! I especially love that they move independently and don’t take up the entire page! If you wish to check them out, the link to my shop is here; YatsinasArtShoponEtsy

IMG_0777 (2)

My favourite feature in this weeks spread is the inspirational quotes! With all the calamities I faced, I needed every single one!

That’s my update so far! I have been really busy these days but should be doing some fun shopping hauls and activities soon!

So Happy Planning and Book that Flight!
